Mayor Adams and Corporation Counsel Hinds-Radix Welcome New Assistant Corporation Counsels

New York City Mayor Adams and New York City Corporation Counsel Hinds-Radix welcomed the 2022 class of new Assistant Corporation Counsels on the steps of City Hall on September 30th
Recruited from 28 law schools from across the country, the new class embodies the Law Department's commitment to excellence, integrity and diversity

"Public service is a noble calling. I commend our new attorneys for wanting to do the peoples' work in one of the finest public law offices in the nation," said New York City Corporation Counsel Sylvia Hinds-Radix. "This new class will work alongside the dedicated professionals of the Law Department on some of the City's most pressing matters to protect the interests of New Yorkers. These new assistant corporation counsels are committed to upholding the cherished values of our office, which include excellence and integrity. As the first African-American Caribbean female to hold the position of Corporation Counsel, I am pleased that this class reflects the diversity of the City we serve, which makes us stronger as an organization."
