Profiles in Diversity Journal Recognizes Dechert’s Diversity Achievements for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth consecutive year, Dechert has been honored as a "Diversity Leader" by Profiles in Diversity Journal for the efforts of Satra Sampson-Arokium, the firm's Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. The awards, now in their 16th year, recognize organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to cultivating diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace and beyond.

Ms. Sampson-Arokium's expertise is in the strategic development of best-in-class DEI initiatives and programming. She partners with leadership to shift mindsets, behaviors and practices towards more equitable and inclusive leadership for individuals and teams at Dechert as well as at other organizations. In its First Quarter 2024 issue, Profiles in Diversity Journal also honored Dechert partner Christina Sarchio when it named her to its "Latino Leadership Awards 2024" list. Ms. Sarchio, who is currently President-Elect of the Hispanic National Bar Association, has helped to advance Latinos in the legal profession throughout her career, mentoring Hispanic lawyers and serving as officer or board member to LatinoJustice and other Hispanic organizations.
