On June 9, 2021, Mardi C. Dier resigned from the Board of Directors of Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which resignation was effective immediately. Ms. Dier's decision to resign from the Board was not a result of any disagreement with Adamas Pharmaceuticals or the Board. On June 11, 2021, the Board reduced the size of the Board from nine to eight members.
