Vehicle Sought For Fatal Traffic Collision

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a vehicle wanted in connection with a fatal traffic crash.

According to investigators, the collision occurred at about 8:39 p.m. on April 20, 2024 in the 8500 block of the I-10 service Road. The driver of the Nissan collided with the victim, a pedestrian, as she was walking on the shoulder of the roadway. The driver of the Nissan fled without stopping.

Wanted is the pictured vehicle, a red Nissan 370Z sedan, which has damage to the front and passenger side. It had Louisiana license plate 343 DMZ. The images show the vehicle before (left) the collision and after (right) the collision.
