Camden County Welcomes New Public Works Director

The Camden County Board of Commissioners is pleased to announce the hiring of Jared Beaudoin as the new Public Works Director for Camden County. In this role, Mr. Beaudoin will direct the operations of the Public Works and Fleet Services Departments in addition to managing right-of-way mowing and the mosquito control contract.

"We are pleased to welcome Jared Beaudoin as Camden County's Public Works Director," said County Administrator Shawn M. Boatright. "His expertise, enthusiasm, and experience make him an excellent choice to join the diligent individuals in the Public Works Department."

Mr. Beaudoin has an Associate's Degree from Oakland Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Walsh College. Additionally, he holds multiple certifications and licenses.

Previously, Mr. Beaudoin served as the Assistant Public Works Director for Habersham County, Georgia and as the Facilities Maintenance Director, Purchasing/Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, and Public Works Operations Manager for the City of Sterling Heights, Michigan. He began work in Camden County in early May.
