Lyndon House Arts Center Announces the Submission Days for the 45th Juried Exhibition

The Lyndon House Arts Center announces the artwork submission days and online entry forms for the 45th Juried Exhibition with guest juror Larry Ossei-Mensah, the Susanne Feld Hilberry Senior Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit. Entry days are Thursday, January 23 from 1 - 8 p.m. and Friday, January 24 , 10 - 4 p.m.

Athens area artists are welcome to bring 1 - 3 works for consideration by Mr. Ossei-Mensah to be included in this anchor, facility wide show.

An online form at www.accgov.com/lyndonhouse, on the LHAC's Facebook page, and on the Lyndon House Arts Foundation webpage. Guidelines and labels for artwork submissions are available at www.accgov.com/lyndonhouse, as well.

Artists are encouraged to complete the entry form prior to arriving with their artworks on the submission days. Artists can complete this online form anytime up to the submission deadline, January 24 at 4p.m.

Please be aware that to complete the one's entry, the artist must bring the actual artworks to the Lyndon House Arts Center during the submission days.

Those who do not have access to a computer, or have not completed an online entry form prior to dropping off artworks, may complete the form at the Lyndon House when they arrive. iPad and Laptop stations will be available with people to assist.

All artists will be required to complete artwork labels and pay the entry fee of $30.00 during the submission days. The entry fee is a fixed price whether one submits 1, 2 or 3 artworks.
