CBE has inaugurated a modern Customer Contact Centre which will bring the bank's relationship with its customers to new heights.
Speaking on the occasion CBE's president, Ato Bekalu Zeleke, said the centre was the first in the country's financial industry. He added that the centre was built in line with world class standard and technology to achieve service excellence.
The facility would serve as information centre from which the public would get any service related information and professional advice.
The centre could be contacted from all parts of the country through toll free line 951. It has also a dedicated line for the staff who seek technical assistance in connection with service provision.
Geda Building which housed the Customer Contact Centre, Interest Free Banking Process and Pawulos Branch of the bank was also inaugurated on the occasion.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by presidents and vice presidents of private banks, the bank's management members and other invited guests.
