Who Will be the first - Ms. Black Senior “Fit &Fine” Beauty Pageant Winner?

What: Pageant founder, Veronica Hood, has established this '1 ever', history-making Beauty Contest in Southfield focusing on Senior Women that look truly 'Fit & Fine'. Hood believes and advocates that quality of life has a great deal to do with your life, diet and fitness choices. Ms. Black Senior 'Fit & Fine' is a reaffirmation of life over 50 and a celebratation of the journey to a better life. The pageant is seeking African-American women ages 50-75 with ' dignity, maturity, inner beauty and are physically fit. The goal is to encourage, inspire and educate Women who may not feel they are as valued in today's society.
OPEN CONTESTANT SEARCH AUDITIONS If you're proud to be age 50 to 75 because you look and feel younger than you are. If you are, or you want to be physically fit If you're willing to promote good health awareness If people never believe your age If you want to have the time of your life competing for the Title YOU COULD BE A CONTESTANT

How Much: $20 Registration FEE to apply Contestants: Bring one headshot and one full body shot plus Two typed paragraphs on why you want to become Ms. Black Senior. Contest: Sunday 9/17 - The final 30 chosen will compete at the St. George Cathedral Cultural Center Charity: A portion of the proceeds go to the Angel House (5013C organization) that provides shelter for battered women.
