West Street Northbound Exit Ramp to Herald Place to Close on June 29 for Planned City Roadwork

Syracuse, N.Y. - The City of Syracuse announced the West Street northbound exit ramp to Herald Place will close beginning Wednesday, June 29 at 9:00 a.m. in order for City crews to complete road reconstruction projects on Herald Place and Wallace Street. The City will work with the New York State Department of Transportation to close the ramp.

City crews will mill and repave Herald Place from Wallace Street to North Franklin Street, and Wallace Street from Herald Place to West Genesee Street. Work is expected to take place between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and the roads will remain closed until work is finished.

Actual project start dates and timeframes are contingent on favorable weather.
