Statement 
1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/05/20
2.Cause of occurrence:Due to the expiration of the "fixed Pollution Source
Operation Permit", received from the Environmental Protection Bureau of
Hsinchu County Government judgment: violation of Article 24, Paragraph 2 of
the Air Pollution Control Act
3.Handling procedure:
After the Hsinchu County Environmental Protection Bureau audit the factory,
TMC has prepared the relevant information and reapplied for the fixed
pollution operation permit to the competent authority.
4.Anticipated possible loss or impact:NTD1,200,000
5.Amount of insurance claims that might be obtained:none
6.Improvement status and future countermeasures:
The re-application case is currently review by the SBIP and is expected to
obtain license before 2022/08/07
