Charges Filed Against Woodland Man after Incident that Resulted in the Death of Toddler

(Woodland, CA) - May 1, 2024 -The Yolo County District Attorney has filed charges against 34-year-old Woodland resident, Julio Navarro-Vidrio, after an incident that occurred on March 16, 2024, in Woodland, that resulted in the death of toddler.

Navarro has been charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of child endangerment, and a case enhancement alleging that the crime involved great bodily harm and that the victim was particularly vulnerable. Navarro is out of custody, and he will be arraigned on the charges on May 10, 2024, at 1:30 pm, in Dept. 1 of the Yolo County Superior Court.
