Le Chick (Wynwood)

Wynwood's Dutch hotspot may be known for its fried chicken, but the burger is one not to be missed. The Royale with cheese (cue Pulp Fictionquotes) is made with two 3-ounce, dry-aged brisket patties, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles, and secret sauce. Pro tip: during happy hour and every Tuesday from open to close, snag this burger with a side of fries for just $10. The Royale with cheese is the right size to make you satisfied without feeling like you overdid it.

Pinch Kitchen (MiMo)

This family-owned new American-style restaurant located in MiMo is easy to miss if you're not looking, but one visit and you're bound to be back. The menu features rotating dishes inspired by what's in season, but the one menu item that never changes is the Pinch burger. This incredible patty is made using a custom burger blend, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and a healthy smear of aioli served on a freshly made brioche bun.

Blue Collar (MiMo)

Blue Collar is a comfort food staple with menu items like chicken parm, saucy brisket with seasonal veggies, and larger than life slices of homemade cakes. And no comfort food-filled menu is complete without a killer burger. At Blue Collar, the real juicy cheeseburger seems simple and straight to the point, but it's served on a Portuguese muffin making it a bit more fun. One of Matt Kushner's many Miami restaurants, the frita (a Cuban-style burger) was voted one of the best burgers in the country. What makes this burger special is the patty blend that is half chorizo. The frita is topped with guava jelly, potato stix, bacon, Swiss cheese, and LoKal sauce that's all pressed and toasted on a flat top.

Dining at the restaurant:Kush is a casual spot that's great for happy hour or brunch with friends. There's indoor and outdoor dining, and Kush by Spillover is dog friendly, too.

World Famous House of Mac (Overtown)

Once upon a time, Derrick Turton was Grammy-winner Pitbull's manager, but he left the world of music to pursue his passion for cooking. It worked: House of Mac started as a food truck back in 2014 and now has multiple brick & mortar locations. This restaurant is known for its mac and cheese-obsessed menu, which extends to the burger. It's named after Turton's father, Keith, and topped with mac and cheese, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo on a toasted and buttered kaiser roll.

Dining at the restaurant:Dine in to enjoy dishes like pizza mac and cheese, jerk pasta, and, of course, Keith's burger.

Naturally, any proper sports bar is bound to have a solid burger on its menu, and here it's called the Batch Attack. This brisket and short rib burger is topped with pecan-whiskey candied bacon, 'B1' aioli, a mac attack croqueta, cherrywood-smoked cheddar, and bourbon-caramelized onions, all served with a side of truffle fries.

Tucked in Sunset Harbour is Diya, an Indian fusion spot with a fully vegan menu. Menu items include rich flavorful dishes such as dumplings, paneer, and masala. Those who are looking for something a little more out of the box can make their way into the secret backroom, conveniently called BackRoom, where they'll find an eggplant burger that's covered in vegan cheese sauce and barbecue sauce. The eggplant patty is fried in a seasoned chickpea flour and placed on a toasted Sullivan Street Bakery bun with lettuce, tomato, and onions.

Dining at the restaurant: Cozy and welcoming, diners at Diya can enjoy indoor dining and access to the secret backroom with got fun menu items and cocktails with daily happy hour from 4pm to 7pm.

Malibu Farm (Mid Beach)

This burger comes with a side of seriously relaxing views. At Malibu Farm, diners are able to enjoy ocean breezes and primed views of Miami Beach while devouring the delightfully enjoyable chicken ricotta burger. It's served on a brioche bun and topped with bacon, tomato, red onion, arugula, and a spicy aioli.

Dining at the restaurant: Much like Helene Henderson's Malibu outpost of Malibu Farm, the vibes here are relaxed and zen-inducing with a menu that's both healthy and fresh.

The Butcher Shop (Wynwood)

This 8-year-old spot is one of the oldest restaurants in Wynwood and has a menu that features several burgers. They all start with the same house-ground base patty of brisket, short rib, Angus sirloin, and favorites add various toppings. The Fat Freddy Burger Jr. brings hickory-smoked brisket, a fried mac and cheese fritter, American cheese, signature house sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickles to the mix, while the Double Double Burger has aged cheddar, cheese sauce, applewood-smoked bacon and cherrywood- smoked bacon.

Dining at the restaurant: The 6,000-square-foot space boasts a German-style beer garden, dining room, and full-service butcher shop featuring exquisitely marbled cuts of USDA Prime Black Angus beef and hormone-free organic chicken, as well as range of homemade and smoked sausages, dry-aged meats, grass-fed ground beef and burgers.

Lido Bayside Grill at the Standard (South Beach)

Every great burger list has to have at least one super craveable veggie burger. On this list, you'll find it at Lido Bayside Grill at the Standard. The burger here is served with vegan pepper jack, veganaise, lettuce, tomato, and onions on a sesame bun and served with fries. It's vegan, gluten free, and truly delicious.

Dining at the restaurant: Visit at sunset for one of the best views in Miami. Pair the veggie burger (or even the Lido burger) with frose or a classic spritz while hanging out under the laid-back restaurant's bright yellow umbrellas.
