Hamburg, NY - On September 15, 2019, at approximately 1:40 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Hamburg, after multiple 911 calls were received reporting the vehicle driving erratically. The driver of the vehicle, Rodney Cruzado, 47, of Buffalo, NY, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license.
Cruzado was arrested and transported to SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .24%. He was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; a Class E Felony and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
Cruzado was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Hamburg Court on September 30, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.
