INS Tarkash Departs Port Gentil, Gabon

Continuing her deployment in Gulf of Guinea, INS Tarkash departed Port Gentil, Gabon after her visit from 24 to 27 September 2022. Port call included professional interactions and courtesy calls by ship's crew on various senior government and military officials of Gabon. Lectures and demonstration on damage control and fire fighting, diving and casualty evacuation were conducted by Indian Navy. In addition, community interaction activities like sports fixtures and mass Yoga were also conducted. The ship was kept open for visitors and hosted a reception onboard.
