Exploration Capital, LLC ("X-Cap") is the investment manager of Exploration Capital Fund, LP (the "Partnership") and as a result may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of all the securities held by the Partnership. Exploration Capital General Partner, LLC (the "GP") is the general partner of the Partnership and as a result may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of all the securities held by the Partnership.
