Subjects Wanted For Aggravated Battery

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating two subjects wanted for aggravated battery and principal to aggravated battery.

According to investigators, Joshua Rockwood (pictured upper), Black male, DOB 11/02/1992 and Lauren G. Howard (pictured lower), Black female, DOB 01/29/1992, were in the 2100 block of North Rocheblave Street at about 12:15 p.m. on May 13, 2024 when they became involved in an altercation with another person. During the altercation, Joshua Rockwood shot the victim. Both wanted subjects then fled the scene in a dark-color Chevrolet malibu with no license plate.

All person are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
