President of the European Council Charles Michel and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen to Visit Turkey

President of the European Council Charles Michel and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen will pay a working visit to Turkey on April 6, 2021 at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

All aspects of the relations between Turkey and the European Union will be discussed during the talks to be held as part of the visit.

Potential steps that would enhance the cooperation with the bloc on the basis of accession perspective and within the positive agenda sought to be established will be addressed.

It is also planned that views on current regional and international developments will be exchanged at the talks.
