Registration for JSC Posta Pay Payment Service Provider is Now Revoked

The registration of the payment service provider was revoked as per the Decree of the Vice-Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, and the company went into receivership.

To secure the timely and uninterrupted clarification of the liabilities of JSC Posta Pay, the creditors are hereby asked to submit the following documents to the liquidator of the company:

For individuals:

1. Identity document;

1. Documentation at their disposal that confirm the existence of a claim against JSC Posta Pay.

For legal entities:

1. Excerpt from the Business Register on registration of a legal entity;

1. Document certifying the authorized person;

1. Documents available to them confirming the existence of a claim against JSC Posta Pay.

The above documents shall be delivered to the liquidator within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the official publication of this statement, to the central office of the National Bank of Georgia, at the following address: 2 Sanapiro Street, 0114 Tbilisi (attn.: liquidator of JSC Posta Pay Roin Tsatsiashvili Tel: 599 511 382, ​​e-mail: [email protected]). The creditors' claims will not be accepted unless they comply with this requirement.
