State Street to Acquire Brown Brothers’ Investor Services Business
Fried Frank acted as counsel to Goldman Sachs as financial advisor to financial institution State Street in its US$3.5 billion definitive agreement to acquire the Investor Services business of financial services firm Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2021.
The Fried Frank team was led by corporate partner Roy Tannenbaum and included corporate partner Philip Richter and corporate associate Bradley Russian.
