Officers Arrest BPD Most Wanted Suspect Pursuant to Outstanding Warrant in Boston

At about 3:17 PM on Sunday, May 5, 2024, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) made an onsite warrant arrest of Stanley Vargas, 26, of Boston, in the area of 8 Clifford Street. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was wanted on outstanding warrants sought out of Dorchester District Court for assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, and armed robbery.

The suspect had been recently highlighted on a BPD Most Wanted List and is expected to appear in Roxbury District Court for arraignment.
