BME's Pre-Market Environment (EpM), BME's programme aimed at helping SME growth companies learn how capital markets work and how to gain access to private and institutional investors, incorporates a new company (Energy Solar Tech) and a new partner (VGM Advisory) today. In total, nine companies and five partners joined this BME initiative in 2021.

ENERGY SOLAR TECH is a technology company in the energy sector whose mission is to facilitate the migration of companies to renewable energy, through its differential model of energy outsourcing, which allows its customers to minimise energy cost of without assuming investment. "The decision to go to market is part of our strategy to maximise transparency and management excellence, which helps to increase the confidence of our customers, suppliers, employees and the market in general, facilitating our growth plans and operational excellence," says CEO Alberto Hernandez.

The new partner in the Pre-Market Environment, VGM Advisory, is a company formed by professionals with a long track-record in the capital markets. As a Registered Advisor of BME Growth and MARF, it provides advisory services to SMEs in the process of incorporating their capital and debt to these markets.

With the nine companies that joined the Pre-Market Environment in 2021 his open programme is now firmly established, with 40 companies (20 companies and 20 partners) having already joined the acceleration and growth project.

Two companies from the Pre-Market Environment leaped to BME Growth this year. The telephone company Parlem Telecom did it in June, and Intercity, the first Spanish football team to be listed on the stock exchange, in October.

The EpM Pre-Market Environment initiative for new companies and investors is continuous and still open.
