RICHMOND - Troutman Pepper client Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation, the holding company for Atlantic Union Bank, recently announced the pricing of its public offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.875% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes.
