The Southern Governorate concludes the Governor's Programme

Deputy Southern Governor Brigadier Isa Thamer Al Dosari honored the collaborators from the directorates and participants of the Ministry of Interior in the Social Security Governor's Programme (virtual) in its third edition for the year 2022. That came within the directives of His Highness Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa's to strengthen the principle of community partnership. The programme achieved success in previous years for its contribution to strengthening the community and security partnership , highlighting the values of belonging to the nation and citizenship and providing virtual and visual workshops for the youth in cooperation with a number of the Ministry's directorates .

The Deputy Southern Governor stressed that the Governorate continues to implement various initiatives and programmes that educate the community on the security and community aspect of various contemporary issues. He praised the governors role in adopting various community initiatives for he governorate which helped in raising awareness and security culture.

It is worth noting that the initiative of His Highness the Governor of Social Security witnessed the participation of 40 male and female individuals, which used videoconferencing techniques and six sessions to introduce information security challenges and correct methods and steps in the use of social media.

The programme was attended by The Royal Academy of Police, The General Directorate of Traffic, The General Directorate of Civil Defense, General Directorate of Anti- corruption and economic and Electronic Security, The General Directorate of Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science and The Coast Guard Headquartres .
