Given Russia's continuing military action in Ukraine and the current tense international situation, the Estonian representations in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Pskov, and Minsk, as well as the visa centres of the external service providers in the Russian Federation and Belarus stop receiving visa applications as of today.

The decision was made because of technical difficulties in the payment of visa fees and service fees, as well as other unforeseen restrictions arising from the current situation in Russia and Belarus. We shall continue receiving visa applications by Russian and Belarusian citizens wishing to visit family members in Estonia, as well as on humanitarian grounds, e.g., serious illness or funeral of a close relative. Based on the purpose of the visit, these individuals are exempt from the visa fee.

All visas issued to date shall remain valid until the date of expiration.
