Takeover of Business from Augsburger Aktienbank AG by Commerzbank AG and Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG

4 October 2021

the securities settlement of Augsburger Aktienbank AG for Investment Funds will be taken over by Commerzbank AG and the remaining securities settlement will be taken over by Deutsche Wertpapier Service Bank AG.

1. Investment Funds

OTC transactions in securities in collective safe custody (CASCADE) and non collective safe custody (Creation) are only to be set against accounts 7004 or 67004 of Commerzbank AG as of value date 04 October 2021. All transactions that have been instructed against accounts 2074 or 62074 and 60930 before and are pending on effective date will not be adjusted by Clearstream Banking.

Contract note transactions (exchange transactions (non ccp) and PUEV transactions) in collective safe custody (CASCADE) and non collective safe custody (CREATION) are only to be set against the accounts of Commerzbank AG as of value date 04 October 2021. Settlement will be effected by Commerzbank AG.

2. Non-Investment Funds

OTC transactions in securities in collective safe custody (CASCADE) and non collective safe custody (Creation) are only to be set against accounts 4003 or 64003 and 60045 of Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG as of value date 04 October 2021. All transactions that have been instructed against accounts 2074 or 62074 and 60930 before and are pending on effective date will not be adjusted by Clearstream Banking.

Contract note transactions (exchange transactions (non ccp) and PUEV transactions) in collective safe custody (CASCADE) and non collective safe custody (CREATION) are only to be set against the accounts of Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG as of value date 04 October 2021. Settlement will be effected by Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG
