Innovation in the treatment of industrial waste water

Reducing micro-pollutants and atmospheric dispersions generated by the treatment of industrial waste water: this is one of the main commitments of SIAD, which for over thirty years has been active in the research and development of increasingly innovative technical solutions capable of optimising plants and processes while respecting the environment.

The industrial group will be bringing its expertise and experience to the "Fast Ambiente Academy", a training event organised by Fast, the Federation of Scientific and Technical Associations.

The event, scheduled for 23, 24, 29, 30 November and 1 December 2021, will focus on the purification of industrial waste which, in recent years, has seen a considerable drive for improvement.

SIAD, sponsor of the event, will be in the spotlight with two focuses on innovation, environmental sustainability and research. In particular, Pier Luigi Radavelli from SIAD's Gas Applications Development Office will illustrate all the advantages of using O_² on Wednesday 24 November at 11 a.m. in his talk entitled "Pure Oxygen Technologies", while Michela Peroni, from SIAD's Environmental Biology and Chemistry Laboratory, will go into detail on "Chemical oxidation treatments in waste water purification".
