Applications due to the Borough Clerk's office by 5 pm, September 1, 2022.

Please submit the Summary Sheet, Elements A through G from Table A (7 pages plus the Summary Page), Required Documents described in Item I from Table A. PLEASE NOTE: Only one copy is needed.

Table A outlines the rating schedule for grant applications from non-profits from the Haines Borough. Please limit your response to each element to the number of pages specified, with the exception for "Required Documentation." Please supply the required documentation as a separate, clearly labeled attachment so that staff may easily ascertain that each required document is supplied.

Refer to Table B for funds available. The Assembly has appropriated $38,000 for Non-Profits to be awarded on a competitive basis.

All applications will be scored by the Government Affairs and Services Committee on September 6, 2022.

Recommendation for funding is tentatively scheduled to be made to the Assembly on September 13, 2022.
