City of Modesto plans to apply for an Active Transportation Program

The City of Modesto plans to apply for an Active Transportation Program grant to improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities and connections to provide Safe Routes to School around La Loma Junior High School, El Vista Elementary School, and Capistrano Elementary School.
