25Live is Georgia College's Facility Reservation system for event and academic scheduling. The software was launched on July 10, 2019, and event schedulers were only allowed to enter requests through December 31, 2019.
Beginning at 1pm on Monday, September 23, 365-day advance scheduling for non-academic spaces will be released. We anticipate a surplus of events for spring 2020 will be entered in 25Live. Please be aware that requests will not be approved within three business days due to remaining system challenges. Ongoing testing and monitoring have delayed confirmation of events in the system for fall 2019.
Requesting use of general use classroom spaces for spring 2020 will be available November 1, 2019 for events after 5pm, and December 1 for daytime use. Requests submitted for general use classroom spaces will be denied if they are submitted before the dates noted. Locations with a category 'Type - Classroom' are general use classroom spaces in 25Live.
The Facility Reservations Staff will confirm or deny requests that have been entered into 25Live in the order that they were received, on a week-by-week basis, and continue to review event requests daily to ensure that events scheduled this week and next week are approved within three business days.
