Nonprofit software leader, Salsa Labs, has launched an integration between its online supporter engagement platform, Salsa Engage, and Salesforce. Salsa's integration works with standard versions of Salesforce as well as the Nonprofit Success Pack.
Salsa Engage, purpose built for nonprofits, is one platform for email marketing, social publishing, multi-channel advocacy and online fundraising. The integration withSalesforce is user friendly and contains no middle-ware. Easy-to-use mapping, configuration and log screens make it simple to manage the real time bi-directional data sync. Salsa also provides flexible options for adding new supporters and preventing duplicates.
The new integration provides a cost-effective single source alternative to Salesforce nonprofit users who are juggling many disparate products for emails, donations, event registrations, peer to peer fundraising campaigns, Facebook advertising and online Advocacy. In developing this integration, Salsa solicited input from users and worked closely with Heller Consulting, a leading provider of non-profit consulting and strategy expertise with significant Salesforce experience.
