The Children's Institute Names Brian Ferguson to its Board of Directors

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 20, 2022 - The Children's Institute is pleased to announce that Brian Ferguson has officially joined the organization's board of directors.

Brian Ferguson is director, employee relations at The PNC Financial Services Group. Since joining PNC in 1997, Ferguson has worked in a variety of human resource roles, including within the organization's compensation department and HR-Legal team. He has also helped to manage PNC's HR M&A functions and coordinated HR-Legal support for all of PNC's retail business segments. Currently, he manages HR-related risks for the organization while consulting on workplace issues, including policy and procedure adherence, employee performance, and investigations into allegations of misconduct. Ferguson earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his J.D. from Duquesne University.
