Nancy Mace remains resolute in her determination to bridge the gap in prosecuting online sexual offenders and ensuring robust protections for victims. This month Congresswoman Nancy Mace introduced two pivotal pieces of legislation: the SUE Voyeurs Act and the Increased Accountability for Nonconsensual Pornography Act of 2024.
"As the threat of online sexual assault continues to expand, it's imperative we take decisive action," stated Congresswoman Mace. "Every individual deserves to feel safe, which is why our office remains dedicated to introducing legislation that delivers justice where it's needed most. Now, it's time for Congress to act."
