The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 16, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

D19-0022: Applicant and Property Owner is Woodside Homes - Assessor's Parcel Numbers 240-140-44, 240-140-45, and 240-140-46- Public hearing to consider an application for Ellis Pattern Book Certification for the architectural design and development plan for a 222-lot portion of a residential subdivision, known as Ellis Phase 2, The Gardens Neighborhood, and 13 lots in Ellis Phase 1, located in the vicinity of Ellis Town Drive. The Project is consistent with the Final Revised Environmental Impact Report (EIR) certified by the City Council on January 22, 2013 for the Modified Ellis Project (SCH#2012022023).
