Helen Hall Library will be closed on Sunday, March 31 in observance of the Easter holiday.

Teen Aspiring Authors

Tuesday, April 2 from 5 to 7 p.m.; for ages 12 to 18
Grow as an emerging author! Share your works in progress with fellow writers and provide feedback for each other. This program is led by a Teen Advisory Board member.
Note: Please bring your original works so that other aspiring authors can provide feedback. Original works may include PG-13 and TV-14 content.

Adult Crafts-to-Go

Thursday, April 4 starting at 10 a.m. as supplies last, for ages 18+
Pick up a bag of craft supplies upstairs! The craft for April is yarn eggs.

After School Special: Royal Rescue

Thursday, April 4 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.; for ages 6 to 11

Pop-Up Storytime at Fire Station 5

Friday, April 5 from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.; for ages 3 to 5 and their caregivers.
Join us for stories, songs, and rhymes (and fire trucks)! We will be at a different city location for each Pop-Up Storytime. Check the library calendar or Facebook event for the location.

Developing an Author Platform

Saturday, April 6 from 10:30 a.m. to noon; for ages 18+
Established and prospective authors need a plan and a platform to reach their target audience. This workshop will help improve an already existing platform or help you develop one that works for you. Come with questions and ideas!

Attendees will get a bag of materials and be presented with the challenge to create wearable art with the contents. Lots of fun and creativity will be had!
