Plattsburgh male arrested for CPCS 7th and criminal mischief 4th

On April 28, 2024, State Police members arrested Roswell Fassett, age 39, of Plattsburgh, NY for criminal mischief 4th, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.

On April 26, 2024, at approximately 4:44 p.m., Troopers responded to Pear Street in the town of Plattsburgh for a criminal mischief complaint. An investigation determined Fassett damaged a safety fence that was up around a condemned mobile home. Fassett did not have permission to damage the fence and cut it down.

Fassett was located, arrested, and transported to SP Plattsburgh. During a safety search of Fassett, he had drug paraphernalia. Fassett was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Plattsburgh Court for a later date in May.
