Magali Chedaille is appointed General Manager of ib-Cegos Group

The Cegos Group, a European and international leader in Learning and Development, announces the appointment of Magali Chedaille as General Manager of its subsidiary ib. In a very dynamic market, ib is now one of the leaders in training for digital technologies and jobs.

Aged 53, Magali Chedaille took up her new responsibilities at the head of ib - Cegos Group on 5 July. Alongside the management team and all ib employees, she will lead her development mission by strengthening synergies within the Cegos Group, both in France and internationally.

Magali Chedaille joined Cegos in 2000, first as Manager of the Customer Relations Centre, then as Sales Director, before being appointed in 2011 as Sales Director of Cegos S.A., in charge of packaged offers (customised training courses from the Cegos catalogue) and the public sector. By structuring and professionalising the sedentary sales force, her contribution has been decisive, particularly in supporting the deployment and development of Cegos' inter-courses business (catalogue-based training) in France. It was also under her impetus that Cegos became the reference learning organisation for UGAP, the French public sector purchase organisation, in 2015. More recently, she has also contributed to the acceleration of the packaged activities model.

A graduate of the European Business Institute (1989), Magali Chedaille began her career with sales functions in industrial and service companies (Mettler-Toledo, Club Med).
