Due to the unfavourable weather situation in Dubai, our flight BI097 16 April 2024 Bandar Seri Begawan to Dubai was diverted and safely landed at Dubai World Central Al-Maktoum International Airport (DWC) at 0050LT/17 April 2024 and passengers are currently on board.

Due to the heavy downpours and extensive flooding, causing roads closures and traffic jam, we are uncertain when we can get support and services to service our flight and our passengers. We are anticipating updates from the airport authorities for further arrangements.

This will further impact our onboard passengers and on going passengers from Dubai to London.

We are trying our best to give our support and services to our customers, crews and passenger, and will update the situation once we received further information from authorities.
