Public Hearing Notice: Proposed Town Square Park and Amphitheater Fees

CITY OF MURRIETA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Murrieta on Tuesday June 4, 2024 at 6:00 P.M, or a time soon thereafter, at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, to consider the following matter:

Proposed Town Square Park and Amphitheater Fees

The proposed fees are available for public review by contacting Brian Ambrose, Community Services Director, at [email protected] or during normal business hours. Any person may either submit written comments to the City Clerk's Office before the meeting or may appear and be heard in support of, or opposition to, the matter before City Council at the time of the meeting.

At the public hearing the City Council will consider all oral and written statements made or filed by any interested person at or before the conclusion of said hearing. If you wish to challenge the proposed fees in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Murrieta City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562 and by email at [email protected]. Written comments may also be submitted at the public hearing.
