State Police arrest Lake Luzerne man for Sexual Offense

On April 12, 2024, State Police of Queensbury arrested Cecil L. Mosher, 71, of Lake Luzerne, NY, for Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the second degree, a class "D" felony.

On April 9, 2024, Investigators received information that an adult had inappropriate contact with a child in Warren County, NY. The investigation determined Mosher reportedly had inappropriate sexual contact multiple times with a child under the age of eleven in Lake Luzerne, NY.

Mosher was arrested and processed at SP Queensbury. He was arraigned at the Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part Court, where he was remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash, $5,000 bond, or a $10,000 partially secured bond.
