(Progress of Disclosure Matters) Notice regarding equity acquisition of ARGONICS GmbH

As announced on September 26, 2024, Alphatron Marine BV, a subsidiary of Japan Radio Co., Ltd., completed the acquisition of all shares of ARGONICS GmbH on November 28, 2024, making ARGONICS GmbH a consolidated subsidiary of our parent company, Nisshinbo Holdings Inc.
