April 16-17: Expect Major Delays for Princeton Avenue Paving

Please take alternate routes Tuesday and Wednesday, April 16-17, while we pave Princeton Avenue (between Spring Road and Condor Drive).

While we hope to complete work each day by 4:30 PM, it will be best to avoid the area until 6:00 PM in case we experience any delays in laying down and smoothing the asphalt. With one-way traffic and flaggers shuttling vehicles approximately 1/2-mile at a time, there will be major, major traffic delays for anyone driving through the area. Save yourself (and your fellow commuters) the headache, and please take alternate routes. Like, really.

The asphalt will be ready for striping approximately one week after we complete the pavement work.

Public safety, emergency services providers, and transit providers are all aware of the situation.
