The latest command and staff vehicle based on the Tiger armored vehicle will be demonstrated at the site of the Army-2021 IMTF in Chita

Within the framework of the International Military-Technical Forum Army-2021 in the Transbaikal territory, at the main site of the large - scale event-in the Victory park of the city of Chita-military personnel of the combined arms army command of the Eastern Military District (EMD) will demonstrate samples of communication equipment. So, visitors of the forum will be able to see and get acquainted with the technical characteristics of the latest command and staff vehicle (KShM) on the chassis of the Tiger-M armored car as part of the static display.

The latest KShM is designed primarily for working in difficult terrain conditions. Equipped with high-speed satellite communications and HF radio stations, it provides reliable communication within a radius of up to 50 kilometers with several hundred subscribers. Communication is maintained in continuous mode both in motion and in the parking lot. At the same time, there is no need to deploy special equipment.

Also, the new mobile complex provides for the possibility of remote control from the shelter using a remote automated operator's workplace via a high-speed channel.

A batch of such machines entered the service of the control unit last year, while it is actively used in classes and training for communication, as well as exercises of various kinds.

In addition, as part of the demonstration of weapons and military equipment, guests of the large-scale event will be able to visit exhibitions showing historical equipment and small arms, combat equipment and modern surveillance devices, aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles, modern samples of military equipment and technical means in service with formations and military units of the EMD.

In total, more than 100 samples of weapons, including aviation equipment and samples recently received by the military units of the EMD stationed in the Transbaikal territory, will be presented at the thematic sites of the Army-2021 forum in Chita.
