Law on ratification of Protocol on amendments to CIS Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms

The Protocol was signed in Astana on October 14, 2022.

The Protocol provides for the exclusion of Article 34 from the Convention, according to which the provision on the Commission on Human Rights of the Commonwealth of Independent States is an integral part of the Convention.
