Specially crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Florian Couteau, The Peninsula Hong Kong's exclusive Valentine's Day Cake is an ethereal confection made with pistachio biscuit, raspberry jelly, pistachio cream and mousse, and chocolate cremeux. The cake is topped with wings of Cupid that make an enchanting and conspicuous impression.

Fresh flowers from The Peninsula Hong Kong's expert floral designers make wonderfully thoughtful and traditional Valentine's Day gifts.
