Texim Bank AD, as a trustee of the holders of bonds issued by Holding Varna AD (5V2C), ISIN BG2100012140, convened a General Meeting of Bondholders on 08 September 2023 at 10:30 am in the town of Varna at Saints Constantine and Helena Resort, Azalea Hotel, under the following agenda:
- Amendments to the bond loan terms
Draft resolution: Change of the interest rate from 12m EURIBOR+3.6% but not less than 2.7% p.a. to 12m EURIBOR+3.6% but not less than 2.7% and not more than 5.5% p.a.
- In the lack of quorum, the GMB will be held on 25 September 2023 at 10:30 am, same place and agenda.
The right to participate in the General Meeting of Bondholders will be entitled to all holders of bonds, ISIN BG2100012140, registered with the central securities register five (5) days before the GMB date (Record Date).
