Do you have a connection with the Olympics?
The 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics will mark one hundred years since Ireland first took part in the Games as an independent nation. Since then, 911 Irish athletes have taken to the world stage, among them many Trinity students, alumni and staff.

This year, Trinity is celebrating its long Olympic and Paralympic history through the stories and voices of the people who were there: athletes, coaches, team doctors, volunteers and more. Many represented Ireland, others flew the flags of different countries around the world. All made an impact.
If you are a Trinity student, staff member or graduate, you can share your Olympic stories through this form.Maybe you coached an Olympian, volunteered at the Games or conducted research on sport and nutrition that was used in training plans? Whatever the connection, we want to hear from you!
A date for the diary: 18-19 April, Exam Hall, Front Square
The life of an athlete has changed a lot in the past one hundred years. To mark one hundred days until the opening of the Olympic Games in Paris, an exhibition will showcase the incredible achievements of Trinity's Olympians since 1924. From Ireland's first ever Olympian to its first female athlete, you'll learn about the people who took part in the greatest sporting event on earth.
Entry is free and all are welcome.
