Hiring Temporary Education Coordinator

UAA is hiring for a temporary education coordinator. This position will support the Alaska Center for Rural Health and Health Workforce, by expanding experiential learning opportunities for AHEC Scholars and other College of Health students. The position will develop relationships with local organizations to coordinate placement sites for community-based experiential learning.

To thrive in this role, applicants should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and an adaptable mindset. An ability to work independently while coordinating, organizing information, planning events, and scheduling for multiple individuals. Possess effective communication skills that build solid interpersonal relations. Able to demonstrate respect, active listening, confidentiality, and empathy when interacting with others.
