The North Dakota Department of Commerce is excited to announce the launch of the Candidate Marketplace, a groundbreaking new tool designed to connect employers with a pre-qualified pool of talent seeking relocation to North Dakota. Developed in collaboration with RoleCall, the Candidate Marketplace is the largest of its kind to date, boasting over 1,500 candidates actively interested in a move to North Dakota. Previously, relocation-interested candidates connected with employers through community champions. However, this approach only reached a limited audience, as only one-third of leads sought champion assistance. The Candidate Marketplace allows employers to directly access the remaining qualified leads, significantly expanding their recruiting reach. <_o3a_p>
