Northwell Health’s Lenox Hill Hospital Outpatient Center Lays Foundations on Upper East Side

Paul, Weiss is representing Northwell Health on the development of the Victoria and Lloyd Goldman Health Care Pavilion, a 200,000-square-foot, 15-story medical facility for Lenox Hill Hospital, which is under construction at 1345 Third Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side. The new outpatient center will offer specialized cancer care services, imaging and lab testing, cardiac care, neuroscience programs, a sleep study center, acute and chronic disease management, and social work services, among other services. Demolition and excavation have concluded, foundation work has begun and opening is scheduled for the spring of 2026.

Paul, Weiss has advised Northwell Health, New York State's largest health system, on this development since 2018, including the acquisition of the property, the structuring and implementation of financing, and the process of qualifying for available benefits.
