Attempted Murder Suspect Sought

On April 23, 2024, at around 8:40 p.m. in Waianae, two males got into an argument that turned into a physical altercation when the suspect shot the 23-year-old victim. The suspect fled before officers arrived. The victim was treated at a hospital and has since been released.

During the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified as Christopher Manley, 28. He is known to frequent the Nanakuli and Waianae areas and should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach and call 911.
